UDSparts™ Essentials Drum Kit includes everything that you need to build your own 55 gallon drum cooker, minus the drum. Click here for basic drumer smoker instructions on how to build a drum. Instructions may vary slightly from kit to kit. These are just guidelines on how to build a uds drum smoker.
Kit contents:
14-40 charcoal basket with coal grate and ash tray, stainless steel 21.5" cooking grate, air inlet and 5" exhaust damper. Also includes a lid handle and LavaLock® thermometer. Everything that you need to get rocking and rolling. Please choose from 2 cooking grate styles, the standard stainless grate (included) or the LavaLock Heavy Duty Grate (+$20) Paint is optional! Make it UGLY!!!! (Note, drum is separate)
