I just purchased this lid handle along with matching side handles and casters (4). I also bought 1 1/2” x 23 intakes, the 2” exhaust, and universal controller mount. I didn’t receive and hardware to mount these with. Do they no come with all the parts? If not what size do you recommend? Thanks
