Perfect seared steaks have never been better with our Steak Grate Vortex accessory. Produces champion level seared steaks. The secret is in the Vortex's direct cooking methods. Used in completion by SCA teams, but also great for a backyard cook out! This stainless steel, steak searing grill plate is designed to fit the medium vortex perfectly. Can be used with ALL other Vortex sizes, but the grate will not fit snugly with the diameter of the cone. Perfect accessory for a drum smoker that utilizes a Vortex (this product is not large enough to use as a UDS main grate)!
